You have to be open to getting hurt and having bad days and bad experiences. As strange as it may sound, that is the best way you learn and grow as a person.
Understand that not every day is gonna be your best day. You’re bound to be sad, miserable, angry, and hurt every once in a while. Accept that it’ll happen and move forward. Push yourself to be happy and mind what you tell yourself. If you feel like you’ll never get through hard times, then you won’t, because it is exactly what you’re telling yourself. Remind yourself that it’s okay to be sad or hurt sometimes. Even if you don’t believe it, tell yourself that and progressively convince yourself that you’ll be okay because you will. You’re in control of how you react to every situation.
Hard times last as long as you let them.
